Information and Cultural Exchange (ICE), based in Parramatta in Sydney, works at the intersection of arts, technology and community. For over 25 years they’ve run a program of activities that enable communities and artists to tell the stories of one of Australia’s most dynamic and diverse regions, Greater Western Sydney.
