The Nest teamed up with our studio room-mates, Sydney-based design practice Alphabet Studio, to create a promotional video for Belvoir Theatre for their production of ‘The Business’.
The short film takes its cue from Alphabet’s creative concept for the new Belvoir season, ‘This Is A Horse’, and presents the first in a series of insights into how theatre is made at Belvoir. Part One features Costume Designer Stephen Curtis talking about design for the 80s, and a glimpse behind the scenes at the photoshoot for the forthcoming production.
The Business, directed by Cristabel Sved, with Kate Box, Grant Dodwell, Thomas Henning, Jody Kennedy, Russell Kiefel, John Leary, Sarah Peirse, Samantha Young opened on 23 April, 2011 at Belvoir Street Theatre. More info at belvoir.com.au.
