Kylie - Aphrodite Competition, Home Page

Following the success of our creative social media campaign for Goldfrapp, The Nest were commissioned by record label Parlophone to come up with a new variant of the competition concept for Kylie Minogue. We jumped at the chance, of course – she’s “one of ours” down here in Australia after all! We decided to offer fans a complete free reign with their creativity, to submit photos, designs, drawings, montage or any other creative artwork inspired by Kylie’s new album, ‘Aphrodite’. A selection of the most creative and most popular images will be sent to Kylie for judging – with the winner receiving a framed copy of their artwork, personally signed by Ms Minogue herself.

The site was conceived, designed and built by The Nest, developing the creative established for the album and for Kylie’s presence online. Within a few hours of the competition going live, there was a flood of entries on the site at kylie.com/aphroditecompetition, and the story made front page news on kylie.com. The competition runs until 30th September 2010, so get in the running – summon your inner Aphrodite and get posting!
